Almost Lent

Yesterday, I made a soap cross out of Ivory and began making lists of what we'll do during Lent. It's only a week away, after all. If you need some inspiration, here are some favorites.

very curious about what you do with the soap cross? Do you use it during the season and by the end it's gone? Or something like that?

We're using it in conjunction with one of the days in that Before and After Easter book. It has a reading from Psalm 51. I think we'll use it for Ash Wednesday and maybe before dinner. That's when we're going to do our Lenten worship/ activity things.
