Of course you are popcorn and cranberries. And english rose flannel nightgowns. And frosted Christmas cookies with milk set out. And tasty nog. And jingle bells on the door. And advent calenders. etc etc...

Nice to think about. Love you.

I was the same, and I don't think it fits me this year, because our tree only has lights and no ornaments. It's been like this for two weeks now, and I don't think it's going to change.

Maybe it's less about who we are in our busy lives and more who we are on the inside. Maybe it's what we WOULD do if we had the time/money etc. I know I would decorate differently if I didn't have 3 small boys. I refuse to put anyhing on a tree that even remotely resembles something they would want to throw (aka - a ball) LOL We did string popcorn on ours but only on 1/2 of the tree because we ran out of time and haven't had any time since then. :)
I think, from what I read, that it fits you. You are those things: you make all kinds of neat things, you bake all kinds of yummy things, you are a very creative person by nature. You just don't have the time to go all out for a "season on a calendar" but you seem to go all out during the year. :)

I know I'm not following the rules but...

I am the Charlie Brown Christmas tree. I was a sad little tree, one that no one liked very much. I was left out, left behind, and ignored, until someone took a chance on me. With a lot of love and care, I have become a proud Christmas Tree that I always dreamed about.

Thanks, April.
I love you,
Dennis
